We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Ballistol Oil Ltd and we stand fully behind our quality promise.

However, should you not be entirely satisfied we will make every effort to help.

You have 14 days from receipt of an item to be eligible for a return and you can use the email (sales@ballistol.co.uk) to make things easy.

The item must however be in its original packaging and in an unopened and unused condition. You will need to send proof of purchase/receipt and to insure the item to its full value via Royal Mail and send it to our registered address.

Remember that you are responsible for the item until it is received by us. Once we have received the item in its original condition, we will issue a refund for the value of the item.

Damaged Goods
In the extremely rare case of the item being faulty, broken, cracked or damaged from the original intended item. We will request a visual representation of the quality of the item delivered with a photograph to demonstrate the damaged goods. We will investigate with our couriers/shippers to understand the issue and provide a solution for your order.

Please provide us with your Name, OrderNo, High Quality Photographs to proceed with a solution for you with our back office team.

You have 14 days from the receipt of the goods in which to return the item to us with proof of purchase. We will then offer to replace it and credit the postage cost incurred in returning the item to us or we will refund the full amount.
